2. Push-Up, Pull-Ups, or Dips calisthenics challenge

In this game, you will only need one other opponent although it can be played with multiple. The host of the game must decide on any given exercise. When they have chosen, the opponent must be able to complete one additional repetition that the host decides to do. This will go on until one inevitably gives in and cannot do anymore. If the host cannot complete the amount they have set for themselves, the opponent can win by completing the same amount with one additional rep.

3. The Plank Challenge

Another fun way to test your strength is the plank challenge. This is by far the most simple challenge on this list and it entails exactly what you might think, a challenge to see who can do the plank the longest. To make sure this is done properly, you will need at least one friend but preferably multiple. At the same time, each of you must get into the plank position and hold the stance for as long as you can. Over time, each and every one of you fall and the last to survive wins!

4. The push-up and clap challenge

If you would consider yourself a master at doing pushups and have no problem taking your pushup skill to the next level, then try the pushup and clap challenge. This challenge is more of a personal one as you will not be competing with anyone else but yourself. To do this challenge, you will need a buddy to stand there whilst you are doing the pushups. When you do the pushups and or clap will be dependant on your friend’s every demand and believe me, this can get tiring very quickly!

5. The dead hang challenge

Like the plank challenge, this one is too, very simple. For this, all you will need is a good pull-up bar and someone with a stopwatch. The challenge itself is simple, squeezing tightly, you must grip the bar holding all of your body weight for as long as you can. If desired, you can compete against your friends to see who can hold onto it the longest or you can simply compete against your own time! Regardless of how you decide to play, this challenge will require nothing more than solid grip strength.

6. Threading The Needle Challenge

While this exercise is not as physically demanding as some of the others, it sure is tricky to pull off! To effectively execute this challenge, you will need a buddy, a stopwatch and two working legs. To execute this movement, firmly grasp one of your feet that is opposite from your hand. For example, with your left hand, grab your right foot. Bring your foot up to a 90-degree angle and hop over your leg with the foot that is still standing. Allowing only 30 seconds for each attempt, you must try to do this as many times as possible!

7. The Alternating Pull-Ups Calisthenics Challenges

When it comes to doing workout challenges with your friends, this unique pull-up challenge takes the cake! To do this challenge, all you will need is a pull-up bar, a stopwatch, and a few buddies! Taking turns on the pull-up bar, each and every one of you must do as many pull-ups as you can within 30 seconds. Every pull-up must be completed with proper form and falsely performed pull-ups will lead to elimination in the competition. This factor is precisely why every pull-up performed by each contender must be closely monitored. All in all, you could say that this competition is a true test of strength and endurance!
