With The Movement Trybe, you’ll be following the same routines Sondre Berg does. But it goes beyond that.

I’ve been doing calisthenics for about 12 months in a gym with a PT who’s done cali on and off for about 7 years. He’s from a boxing background, but loves cali. I’mat the stage now where I need a more structured programme to be able to learn more on my own. I can do pull-ups, dips, press-ups, static holds, leg raises with good form and I’m well experienced using rings too. I need to move to the next stage now and am impressed with Daniel from Fitnessfaqs as well as the School of Calisthenics.
