Quality & Material

Resistance

• Red 5-15kg Resistance: The red band is our lightest band and is perfect for warm-up and upper body mobility exercises. It only takes away a few kilos and is only the last help if you can nearly do a pull- or muscle-up without help.
• Yellow 10-30kg Resistance: The yellow band already supports more and is helpful to learn the first pull-ups or make dips more difficult.
• Green 20-40kg Resistance: The green band is the most usual to learn pull-ups but also to make exercises like dips and squats more difficult.
• Orange 25-60kg Resistance: The orange band is our thickest one and it gives quite some resistance that you can use to make squats more heavy OR make pull ups easier. You determine the use case.
