Every person is unique and every body is different too. We are specialised in training and the human physique and body. We work with people all day long in our physiotherapy practices, supporting them with their training and helping them reach their physical goals. All you have to do is stick to your personal schedule and we can guarantee you a great result.
At the start of the program, you will receive an in-depth intake with one of our coaches. Prior to the intake, we will send you a questionnaire so we know upfront who you are and what you want to achieve. During the 45-minute intake, our coaches and trainers will discuss your goals, wishes and possible pitfalls with you.
By doing this, we know how to create a personalized training schedule that is truly tailored to your needs. All our schedules are completely individual. We do not work with standardised one-size-fits-all routines and neither should you. We want to make sure you will truly reach your goals and not get disappointed. So let’s make this a joint effort!
If you want to, you can also opt for our personalized all-in program. This includes personalized training schedules, nutritional/meal schedules, weekly video calls and even motivational talks with our trainers whenever you feel like you aren’t reaching your goals or your circumstances change and you need additional support.
