Frequently Asked Questions

How many times do I have to train per week?

As a beginner it's the best way to follow our program we design for you. The program will be adjusted to your level and your wishes. In most cases you'll need to train 3 to 4 times a week for approximately ±45 minutes each training.

What calisthenics equipment do I need?

You always need a set of premium resistance bands. After sign-up you'll get access to some discount codes for equipment. If you don't have access to a gym or a calisthenics park you'll also need:

  • A Pull-Up Bar
  • Parallettes
  • A Dip Bar
  • Gymnastic Rings (optional)
What's the difference between online coaching and the basic calisthenics program?

With our basic training program you'll have access to our calisthenics program which will learn you all the calisthenics basic exercises. With 6 different exercises goals and 8 levels within every exercies you'll receive 48 different training routines should follow to master the basic of calisthenics. Furthermore you'll get access to some basic information about how to customize your program, how to do a good warming-up. The basic calisthenics program wouldn't be customized to your needs. In our online coaching program we'll guide you through the beginning of jour calisthenics journey. We'll teach and learn you all the basics you need to know if you want to be successful in training and calisthenics. After this coaching program you'll understand everything to be your own coach. The goal is that you never need a coach again. You'll be skilled for life!

Do I get lifelong access to the program?

Yes. There is a one-time payment and you'll get the ownership of your own personal training program, 28 day meal plans, recipe books, our exercise library, the calisthenics community and lifelong discount codes for calisthenics equipment. Unfortunately we can't give you lifelong access to our coaches. If you want a follow-up calisthenics coaching or something else, we could discuss that later.

Do I get real results after following these programs?

Yes you will! Rome wasn't build in just one day and it wasn't built in just 8 weeks. Our vision is that you need to become your own coach and learn to have disciple to continue your own process of training. We'll give you all the guidelines that you need to become skilled for life. We'll open the doors and you walk through the doors. After those 8 weeks you are a master of the basics of calisthenics and know what to do to keep on pushing. If you need more assistance afterwards there are enough options to lengthen your coaching traject with us in the form of a one time video meeting, the advanced calisthenics coaching or follow some of our next level skill courses with discount (coming soon).
