4. Schedule | Day 3
On sunday community competitions took place where you could win nice prizes and create great memories with other calisthenics practitioners and athletes. There was a handstand challenge, bar hang challenge, muscle up & pull up challenge by Ruslan Saibov. Also there was a static challenge by Daniel Hristov, where athletes had to try to copy his combo’s. Also Gornation came up with a lot of different challenges, like the front lever hold challenge, 360 competition and dips battle. Patryk Musielak from Poland won the front lever hold (39 seconds), Romashka Boy did 16 swing 360’s in a row and Bruno did 573 dips in 26 minutes beating almost 20 people together. Also Max true battled Jakob Fogelklou, Simon Imhauser and Paul Jemeljanov doing 60 muscle up’s in 6 minutes and 50 seconds, while his 3 competitors did a 100 muscle ups; it was quite the spectacle!
5. Beast Of The Barz Competition
Beast Of The Barz is working together with Team Bioco, the organisers of SWUB (Street Workout Ultimate Battles). The winners of Female Category in freestyle and the Alien Category in freestyle qualified directly to one of the biggest calisthenics competitions in Europe next year, namely SWUB 6 in 2024. Daniel Flefil thinks this collaboration is a great step for the calisthenics community, which we agree with!
With athletes from Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Argentina, Ukraine, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, England, France, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Sweden, Morocco, Denmark, Italy/San Marino, Hungary, Germany and Romania it’s a very international competition. With 12 men competing in the Strength Endurance Beast Wars and 24 men and 9 women competing in the Beast Of The Bars Freestyle Competition, it’s a huge competition with both male and female athletes competing!
6. Where will we go next?
We, Calisthenics Worldwide, are planning to go to each and every calisthenics competition in Europe to support the community. We are going with our YouTube production team and we’ll capture all the battles, so you’ll never miss the highlights of a European calisthenics competition.
Don’t forget to like, comment and subscribe to support our YouTube channel and make it even more likely that we’ll join the Beast of the Barz in 2024 again or even travel overseas for competitions outside of Europe!
Next competition we’re planning to go to is the Barbenders Static Cup in Mechelen, Belgium on the 18th of February 2024. Where else should we be going?
