Required Equipment

Basic, Pro and Elite Level
The complete bundle has three levels: Basics, Pro, and Elite. Each successive level exposes you to more advanced techniques and a general increase in difficulty. The whole Body Transformation program takes 104 weeks or two years.
The first level, Basic, consists of five phases, which, combined, take 29 weeks. The second level, Pro, consists of eight phases spanning a total of 40 weeks, and the last, Elite level, has four bulk and three cut phases taking 35 weeks.
Progression
Cali Move Body Transformation is quite an intense hypertrophy program. You are expected to bite down and grind it out to some extent. However, depending on your current strength and mastery level, there are different ways to progress. The program will give you a base variation and ways to increase the difficulty of the exercise should you need that extra challenge.
The preparation phase and Phase 1 of the Basic level are the hardest for beginners. Once you’ve overcome that initial hurdle, the rest of the Cali Move Body Transformation becomes more linear.
